<實踐夢想的每一天- 痞客邦PIXNET>
 In the dead of night, when you try to concentrate on the book in front of you, there is always a noise disrupt you-your stomach rumbling. Therefore, you climb up to take instant noodles and enjoy a beautiful night. I think that it is a common experience for everybody, so this time I want to introduce our good friend that accompanies us during the silent and difficult time.
Origin

Production
1.mix noodles
 After mixing dough and water, stir for 17 minutes and prove the dough(醒麵) for 10 minutes, and the dough will become elastic and plastic(可塑性).
2.press the dough
Press it and make its thickness satisfy our demand.
3.cut into shreds(絲) and make waves
 Using the difference of velocity, make noodles slightly be pressed and form the shape of waves.
Waves are used to prevent noodles from sticking together when they are being boiled.
4.cool down
At the instance of finishing boiling, cool them down by fans and add juice(cold and salty). The sudden drop and rise of temperature makes noodles more chewy.
5.fry and dehydrate
Fry noodles from low to high temperature or pores will be blocked. Then, oil and water can't be separated.
Oil always contains vitaminE, a natural antioxidant, to preserve longer.

Matcha

  Winter is coming, and it is a perfect experience to have a warm cup of matcha tea. No matter you drink it with water, milk, soybean milk(豆漿) or yoghourt(優酪乳), the great taste always brings you to the heaven-like world and makes you forget the sorrow of mid-term exams.

Origin
  Matcha originated in Sui dynasty(隋朝) and reached its peak in Tang(唐) and Song(宋) dynasty, especially in Song dynasty, even complete matcha tea ceremony in temples appeared. Although it declined in Ming dynasty(明朝) and the tradition gradually died away, it was transferred to Japan and developed as today's Japan tea ceremony.

Cake

  Recently, there are plenty of raffle draw activities(抽獎活動) to obtain free desserts. I am absolutely addicted to it and I have shared many articles on my facebook. It is so attractive and I hope that everybody can appreciate my topic this week. Maybe I am able to find out someone whom I can go out with to eat delicacies all over the world.
Origins
  Cakes originated in the west. The first cake was similar to bread, and Romans then would add eggs, oil and honey to make sweet dough. Sometimes nuts and dried-fruit were added and became cakes. At that time, cakes were one of the important parts of nobles' meeting and only they could eat cakes.
Because different cakes have their own origins, the detailed story behind them is in the link.

1.Chocolate Brownie
   This is my favorite cake!! The smell of chocolate is the best attraction of it. Something special like nuts, walnuts(核桃), crisps and cookies are another reasons it appeals to me.
2.Tiramisu
  Its name in Italian is "pull me up" or "take me away." It contains caffeine so it may trigger some excited reactions.
3.Mousse
  It is always matched with fruit. Its soft taste makes me feel cheerful.

Chocolate~

Hello~
  This week I am going to talk about something everyone, whether you are old or young, boy or girl, likes to eat-chocolate!!!

Origin

Categories

1. No Smell Chocolate(無味巧克力):
It's hard and used as semi-finished products.
ingredient: more than 50% cocoa butter(可可脂)
2. Dark Chocolate(黑巧克力):
It's slightly bitter and hard.
ingredient: more than 50% pure cocoa or butter less than 12%.
Because it contains less milk and so does sugar, the taste of cocoa is stronger and it will linger in your mouth for a long time~ it's really an enjoyable experience!
3. Milk Chocolate
It usually contains more food additives, so it tastes a little sweet. However, it's the most accepted by easterners.
ingredient: mix at least 10% cocoa butter and 12% milk
4. White Chocolate
Don't confuse it with milk chocolate!
ingredient: doesn't contain cocoa powder, only cocoa butter and milk
It has the same taste as other chocolate but doesn't have the fragrance of cocoa, so it is often used as decorations.
5. Chocolate Compound
ingredient: cocoa products such as cocoa butter, cocoa powder or liquid cocoa, dairy products, sugar, spices, and surfactants.
